A must-see for design engineers! A clear explanation of the basics of precision press processing and precision press molds!
Plating treatment for precision press molds is primarily applied to enhance the durability and corrosion resistance of the molds themselves, as well as to facilitate smooth separation between the upper and lower molds during forging. This applies not only to press molds but also to plastic molds, rubber molds, TF molds, cast-forged molds, and extrusion molding dies. If appropriate plating treatment is not applied to press molds, they will experience significant wear, greatly shortening their lifespan. Additionally, to use press molds for a long time with high precision, regular maintenance is also necessary in addition to plating treatment. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
