"SCS Parylene Coating" is a high-performance coating technology that uses paraxylylene-based polymers (Parylene). Parylene, which has various properties, is deposited through a process similar to metal vacuum deposition. Since there is no liquid phase in the deposition process, defects such as liquid pooling, dripping, and cross-linking phenomena caused by the surface tension of liquids do not occur.
