Introducing conformal coatings using polymers with various properties.
"SCS Parylene Coating" is a high-performance coating technology that uses paraxylylene-based polymers (Parylene). Parylene, which has various properties, is deposited through a process similar to metal vacuum deposition. Since there is no liquid phase in the deposition process, defects such as liquid pooling, dripping, and cross-linking phenomena caused by the surface tension of liquids do not occur. It is used in a wide range of fields, including electronics, medical institutions, automotive, defense, and aerospace, and by providing protection, biological stability, and surface modification, it can enhance the overall reliability of component assemblies and final products. 【Properties of Parylene】 ■ Parylene N: Excellent insulation resistance, low dielectric and dielectric loss characteristics ■ Parylene C: Excellent barrier properties against moisture and corrosive gases ■ Parylene D: Similar properties to Parylene C, but can be used at higher temperatures ■ Parylene HT: Temperature characteristics that can be used up to 450°C for short periods, excellent gap penetration ability *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Japan Parylene Co., Ltd. started parylene coating services in the early 1990s as a joint venture with Japanese companies, focusing on coating services and expanding its business to include the sale of dimers and coating equipment. In September 2007, to further strengthen SCS's global network, the joint venture was dissolved, and it became a 100% subsidiary of SCS. In Japan, we will leverage the know-how and network accumulated over more than 35 years by Nova Tran / SCS to provide even higher levels of service.
