The KB3880 is a separated type photo sensor that employs an infrared light-emitting diode on the emitting side and a high-sensitivity phototransistor on the receiving side. It can also be used as standalone units for the receiving side and emitting side. It is completely dustproof and features a structure to prevent dust from entering the lens. The package type is a connector type. It can be used for object passage detection in financial equipment, object passage detection in vending machines and ticket machines, paper presence detection in copiers and printers, timing detection, and object passage detection in various automatic machines.
