  The AutoCreaser Pro 50 is a high-precision, high-speed creaser (scoring machine) compatible with digital printing machines from Morgana. It is designed to prevent cracking that often occurs when digital prints are folded by hand. With its unique creasing mechanism, it achieves high-quality and high-speed creasing (up to 8,500 sheets per hour). The entire processing workflow is automated and can be operated intuitively from an easy-to-use operation panel.

  Excellent high-quality creasing mechanism The high-precision, high-speed creaser AutoCreaser Pro 50 is equipped with Morgana's unique excellent high-quality creasing mechanism, just like other creasers made by Morgana that are used around the world, and it is unparalleled in performance and longevity.

  Conventional products that press grooves using a rotary method employed a round blade that rotates at a constant rate in the direction the paper passes through. This method involves actually scraping the surface of the paper or card to create grooves. Therefore, this method inevitably damages the paper and causes cracks.

  Morgana's unique and excellent creasing mechanism. In contrast, the Morgana AutoCreaser Pro 50 forms creases by pressing a long creasing blade against the paper, as shown in the right diagram. This helps prevent tearing of the paper and the resulting occurrence of cracks.

  Intuitive 7-inch operation panel The high-precision, high-speed AutoCreaser Pro 50 is controlled by an intuitive 7-inch smart screen. Even slight adjustments to the crease position can be fine-tuned simply by touching the arrow buttons in the relevant direction. Any changes regarding the suction drum, sheet feeding method, crease position, or operator settings are executed via the smart screen.

  Achieving high precision and high speed Without losing accuracy, it achieves a speed of 8,500 sheets per hour for A4 and 11,000 sheets per hour for A5. Equipped with Morgana's new positioning system, the drum begins to rotate and feed the sheet while it is being pulled by vacuum before the feeding action starts. This mechanism enables high-speed and high-precision processing, and it allows for a high stack of sheets in the feeder, making it possible to feed all the remaining sheets.
