NSC's chemical cutting/design processing is a technology that uses chemical solutions to cut and process glass into desired shapes. Design processing can also be performed simultaneously in two or more different shapes. ■Main Features - Compared to mechanical processing, the edges are smooth, making them safe to touch directly. - It is possible to process highly designed shapes that are difficult to achieve with mechanical processing. - Chemical polishing processing prevents the occurrence of micro-cracks (invisible fine scratches), maintaining high strength. - Multiple designs with different shapes can be processed simultaneously on large glass sheets up to 730mm x 920mm, allowing for efficient processing. - Processed cover glass and top glass have a luxurious feel, are highly durable against scratches, and can be disinfected with alcohol, making them effective for infection prevention. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
