We would like to introduce a case study of an automotive parts manufacturer that has adopted our unique technology, "Centerless Grinding." At Company T, there was variability within the outer diameter dimension tolerances, and they were struggling with material layer separation work before processing. However, since adopting "Aluminum Centerless," they no longer need to perform material layer separation work for thicker and thinner materials, and they are now able to adequately handle inspections through sampling. As a result, work efficiency has significantly improved, and the yield of the processing has remarkably enhanced.
