Achieve high speed, high precision, and small diameter! You can choose the spindle according to your application.
The "X II series" is a high-speed, high-precision small-diameter machining machine that achieves ultra-high precision high-speed positioning performance and a significant improvement in hole machining accuracy through the enhancement of the basic machine structure's rigidity. The tip position of fine-diameter tools and the tool diameter are measured non-contact using a high-resolution laser in the operating rotation state. Simultaneously, chips adhering to the cutting edge are forcibly removed using a dedicated air blow device, while a dust collection system captures them, ensuring stable measurement accuracy. 【Features】 ■ Vibration suppression ■ Thermal displacement suppression ■ Linear scale feedback adoption ■ Non-contact tool measurement device ■ Suppression of spindle thermal displacement through cooling *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Rokuroku Smart Technology is a machine tool manufacturer founded in 1903. In 1996, as the demand for further miniaturization and high performance was expected to rise, particularly in the electronic device industry, our company, which had primarily been manufacturing general-purpose machines, named high-precision and high-quality processing for small workpieces "microprocessing" and began the development, manufacturing, and sales of processing machines specifically designed for this purpose, called "microprocessing machines." Microprocessing machines are composed of high-precision positioning with high followability, high-speed spindles with dynamic runout accuracy, and machine structures with minimal thermal displacement and high recoverability. To fully realize their performance and achieve stable high-precision and high-quality processing, we proposed a "four-in-one" concept that emphasizes not only the pursuit of the machine itself but also the provision of optimally developed dedicated tools and CAM software, as well as the importance of creating the optimal environment (temperature and humidity), offering it as a total solution. We focus on achieving "visualization" of the machine's condition through sensors installed at key points of the machine, and we have realized a processing style called "four-in-one + ONE," which allows the machine's latent capabilities to be unleashed through operator intervention.
