At Shinsei Co., Ltd., the motivation for implementing CiPS was the desire for accurate process management and to reduce unnecessary tasks. Additionally, I find it appealing that the product master, which is usually registered in advance, is registered simultaneously when placing an order for new orders. The advantage is that almost all information, such as drawings and unit prices, can be viewed on a single screen of the product master.
