[Use Case] Drive Recorder in Production Site - Beverage Manufacturer

Introducing a case study from a beverage manufacturer! A high-speed camera that visualizes on-site challenges.

We would like to introduce a case study of the drive recorder 'RekamoMA', which utilizes a high-speed camera in a production site for a beverage manufacturer. This case study demonstrates how it became possible to confirm abnormalities occurring in the bottling process of the product. The abnormalities were too fast to be confirmed visually, and even after stopping the line to check after an abnormality occurred, the cause could not be identified. There were also instances where the product was simply allowed to flow through without confirmation. Additionally, the process was dark, making filming difficult.
