Seiko and Electric Co., Ltd. Lighting Division Optical Testing Laboratory has been registered as a registered testing organization by the Independent Administrative Institution National Institute of Technology and Evaluation (NITE).
Recently, Seiwa Electric Co., Ltd. Lighting Division Optical Testing Laboratory has been registered as a registered testing organization by the Independent Administrative Institution National Institute of Technology and Evaluation (NITE). The Registered Testing Organization System (JNLA) is a system that certifies whether a testing laboratory has the ability to present correct performance in accordance with the requirements for testing laboratories (ISO/IEC 17025) through document review and on-site inspection, ensuring that the quality system and testing facilities are adequate. Currently, there are only four registered testing laboratories for lighting fixture manufacturers under the JNLA registration using the luminous flux measurement method (JIS C 8105-5), and Seiwa Electric Co., Ltd. becomes the fifth. Registered testing organizations under the JNLA system can issue test certificates and performance reports with a special emblem (symbol) in the testing registration category indicated on the registration certificate as proof of their registration.
