This is an introduction to a low-pressure compression molding technology using surface alignment finishing techniques. This technology, which intentionally includes an overflow section (burr), enables significant cost reductions for high-precision, high-quality resin molded products with large areas and thin walls. There are no gas burns or PL burrs, and in CFRTP, fibers are bound at the overflow section, making cutting easy.
