We will introduce a case study of improvements in FA (Factory Automation) sites proposed by Patlite. In a production site where there were few people, daily report management and aggregation of equipment operating status were being done manually. We introduced our "Stacked Signal Tower with Switch Box" to the site. By semi-automating the aggregation, it became possible to collect more accurate data. Visualizing it over time clarified the improvement measures, leading to increased productivity.
