We will introduce a case study of improvements in FA (Factory Automation) sites proposed by Patlite. In a factory where it was impossible to grasp the consumption status of parts from the warehouse, leading to equipment stoppages due to parts shortages, we introduced our wireless control unit "PWS" and the stack light "LA6." The "LA6" displays the replenishment timing for each part. When we want to call someone to the site, we press a switch to display that signal on the Andon.
