We will introduce a case study of improvements in FA (Factory Automation) sites proposed by Patlite. In a manufacturing site where it was difficult to accurately instruct work tasks, quality issues arose, and work efficiency became a problem. There were frequent accidents involving foreign workers. In response, we proposed an MP3 playback notification device that can record multiple languages, including English, Korean, and Chinese. After implementation, we were able to convey work instructions accurately, reducing mistakes and improving work efficiency.
