By dyeing stainless steel in a luxurious black color, we aim to enhance its design and aesthetic appeal. Additionally, the black dyeing helps to reduce light reflection.
It is rare and difficult to achieve black dyeing of stainless steel on a national level. This new technique applies the black dyeing technology of iron, which has been cultivated for over 50 years, to enhance its decorative qualities. By black dyeing stainless steel, we aim to improve its design and aesthetics. Additionally, applying black dye to stainless steel, which is originally resistant to rust, further enhances its rust prevention capabilities and helps prevent light reflection. Unlike paint, it does not peel off. The film thickness is also very thin, ranging from 1 to 3 micrometers, resulting in almost no dimensional changes. The processing solution does not contain any prohibited substances (it complies with ROHS), making it harmless to the human body and environmentally friendly. The processing temperature is around 120°C, so there is no impact on the items due to temperature.

basic information
This is a stainless steel tumbler that has been blackened. By blackening it, we enhance its luxury and improve its appearance. The film thickness is very thin, at 1 to 3 microns, so there is almost no dimensional change. Additionally, with painting, since it is a top coat, the pattern would disappear, but with blackening, the thin film penetrates, allowing the pattern to remain while turning it black.
