(1) Types ● White, glossy; White, matte The substrate uses a white Nextreamer with a thermal expansion coefficient as low as that of quartz. By baking a precise pattern onto white glass, it has become a calibration plate that exhibits higher contrast compared to conventional transparent plates. We offer a "glossy" version with a polished surface and a "matte" version with a sandblasted surface. * Manufactured by SCHOTT, heat-resistant crystallized glass. ● Transparent The substrate is made of synthetic quartz. The 10mm/1000 division grid pattern is also commonly used as a convenient resolution chart. (2) If you wish to have measurements If you wish to have measurements, we will measure 10 arbitrary points in one direction (at 23°C) for the requested item and attach an inspection report issued by Shibuya Optical along with the traceability certificate of the measuring instruments (for a fee). If you have requests for XY direction or other specifications, we will provide a separate estimate. Additionally, measurement services can also be requested from the Japan Quality Assurance Organization (JQA) or the Japan Machinery Federation (JSME) (at 20°C, separate estimate).

Applications/Examples of results
The glass calibration plate is used for the calibration and inspection of robotic handlers and moving stages, as well as for lens distortion correction, using images of the captured plate.
