High-speed processing of up to 20,000 times per second! Various pass/fail judgments can be made with a combination of tools!
The "EFM-X" is a digital indicator for piezoelectric sensors that performs pass/fail judgments for various applications such as press-fitting, crimping, welding, and pressing. It has a built-in charge amplifier, allowing for the measurement of pseudo-static loads. It supports a wide range from a few Newtons up to a maximum of 100 kN. Additionally, it features an excellent user interface for intuitive operation. 【Features】 ◆ Supports the high responsiveness of piezoelectric sensors ◆ Built-in charge amplifier ◆ 3.5-inch color LCD & touch panel ◆ Linear correction calibration - Implements a calibration function that corrects linearity in addition to real load calibration - Enables precise load measurement comparable to gauge-type pressure load cells, even with piezoelectric sensors ◆ Measurement data can be saved to a USB memory stick *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us through our website.

Company information
Since its establishment in 1988, Trusortech has consistently provided an "inline inspection system" that conducts 100% quality inspection of materials and processing assembly for automotive parts within the manufacturing line. This business model delivers optimized solutions for sensors, electrical circuits, application software, and mechanical components tailored to the site. In recent years, the required quality levels have significantly increased, and our customers' manufacturing sites have expanded from domestic to overseas, placing greater importance on not only precision but also improved operability and remote technical support. As needs become increasingly complex and diverse, we will continue to develop products accordingly while establishing a technical support system for remote locations. Trusortech contributes to improving customer quality and productivity through measurement technology using sensors.
