Display of Takt Time and Cycle Time: Reducing AGV stop losses due to time overrun.
We will introduce an example of improvement in FA (Factory Automation) sites proposed by Patlite. In the outdoor unit assembly line, to visualize the assembly tact time, we removed the conveyor of the manufacturing line and replaced it with AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles). Furthermore, by equipping the layered information display light "LA6," which can display the working time of each assembly process, we raise the awareness of tact time among workers and standardize the assembly speed.
