This is the ETO high-temperature oxidation catalyst deodorization system designed for high-concentration odors. The oxidation catalyst deodorization system is optimal for unpleasant odors that deodorants and activated carbon struggle with.
ETO is a new type of deodorization device that targets processing air areas, concentrations, and odor components that have been challenging for combustion-type deodorization devices, deodorants, and activated carbon deodorization devices until now. It employs a next-generation deodorization method that heats the target odor to 300-350°C using a special heater and decomposes the target odor with a special honeycomb catalyst filter. 【High Deodorization Efficiency】 It achieves a high deodorization efficiency of over 80-99% without being selective about the target odor. It demonstrates performance equivalent to combustion methods at low air volumes of 1-50 m³/min, which combustion methods have struggled with. It is highly effective for odor control in various factories and businesses. 【Low Running Costs】 Nanotechnology is used for heat recovery. It recovers and reuses exhaust heat with a high heat exchange rate. As a result, the electricity costs required for heating odors can be reduced to one-third. 【Environmentally Friendly Deodorization Device Powered by Electricity】 It operates solely on electricity without using fossil fuels, resulting in no CO2 emissions. Additionally, it can be operated at stable running costs without being affected by crude oil prices. ★Target Odors★ The ETO deodorization device can handle almost all types of odors, from low to high concentrations.

★ETO High-Temperature Catalytic Deodorization Device Mechanism★ For more details, please watch the video! 【Reduction of Running Costs with High-Efficiency Heat Exchange Unit】 Thanks to the high-efficiency heat exchange unit, the high-temperature exhaust after treatment transfers heat to the low-temperature raw odor entering the device. This reduces the load on the electric heater, allowing for electricity savings of up to one-third of the usual cost. 【Special Catalytic Filter that Breaks Down Odors】 The odor heated by the heater is broken down by the catalyst, reducing it to nearly the level of water and carbon dioxide. 【Heating Odors to Around 300°C with Electric Heater】 The target odors are heated to a temperature of 280 to 300°C, which makes them easier to break down with the catalyst. Additionally, since heating is done solely with the electric heater, no CO2 is generated. *Note: Depending on the odor components, CO2 may be generated during the oxidation breakdown process. 【Lowering Temperature After Treatment for Exhaust】 Even odors temporarily heated to around 300°C for decomposition, the exhaust temperature is the raw odor temperature plus 30 to 40°C.
