basic information
The 3D micro laser Raman spectrometer Nanofinder30A offers high spatial resolution with a horizontal resolution (X, Y axis) of less than 0.2μm and a depth direction (Z axis resolution) of less than 0.5μm, enabling 3D Raman imaging and Raman spectroscopic analysis. By leveraging the highly flexible platform of the Nanofinder30A and combining it with other analytical methods, the analytical capabilities of Raman spectroscopy measurements are enhanced. For example, it can be combined with a piezo stage, galvanometer scanner, cryostat, heating chamber, scanning probe microscopy (SPM), streak camera, and time-correlated single photon counting (TCSPC) measurements, and it can also be extended to nonlinear Raman spectroscopy (CARS Raman spectroscopy). We can create a Raman spectroscopy hybrid system tailored to various customer needs. Advanced software allows for measurements that integrate with various hardware, providing efficient data collection and clear analytical results. Additionally, we offer demo measurements and have a support and maintenance system in place after purchase.
