We support machining of difficult-to-cut materials, including pure tungsten, as well as hard turning processing.
Our company owns a variety of processing equipment and is capable of handling various types of machining. "Hard turning processing" is performed on hardened steel with a hardness of around HRC62, achieving precision at a grinding level (dimensional accuracy/surface roughness). By consolidating four grinding processes into one cutting process, we have realized a reduction in lead time and cost. Additionally, we also perform machining of "difficult-to-cut materials," including pure tungsten. We have machining experience with molybdenum, Kovar, Inconel, pure nickel, pure silver, and more. 【Features of Hard Turning Processing】 ■ Consolidation of four grinding processes into one cutting process ■ Process integration through simultaneous processing (reduction in lead time and cost) ■ Guarantee of geometric accuracy (coaxiality/perpendicularity) ■ If there are multiple machining locations, a guarantee of approximately 1μ is possible ■ Capability to handle small to medium lot sizes (30 to 5000 pieces per lot) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
