"CyClean" is a non-contact web cleaning system that removes foreign substances below 1 micron by applying advanced computational fluid dynamics (CFD). The dual-sided non-contact cleaning head provides excellent foreign substance removal capabilities while minimizing the risk of reattachment of foreign substances to the web. A powerful airflow is generated on each side of the web to remove the boundary layer and foreign substances from the web surface.
