We will introduce a case study of improvements in FA (Factory Automation) sites proposed by Patlite. In the casting manufacturing process, we proposed the layered information display light "LA6" to factories that are troubled by not knowing when the product will be completed and having to check continuously. As time progresses, the display pattern lights up in stages from 1 to 5, and when the product is completed, the blue light flashes to notify, making the processing steps visible.
