【Service Procedure】 1) Upon contacting us, we will provide an estimate of the costs based on a preliminary questionnaire. 2) For customers requiring recovery at our lab, we will issue a data recovery investigation request form. 3) Please send the damaged media along with the investigation request form. 4) Investigation of the damaged media. 5) Reporting of investigation results (providing a list of recoverable files). 6) After confirming the file list, please request data recovery. 7) Return of the recovered data. Our prices are determined based on the capacity of the media. We will provide an accurate recovery cost based on the exact media capacity. However, in some cases, the price may be determined by the matrix of used capacity and media capacity. Please feel free to consult us even if recovery was not possible with another company.
