Product Introduction "Wire Processing" is a technology that uses metal wires ranging from Φ0.02mm to Φ0.35mm to cut and process metal materials with high precision. Typically, Φ0.2mm to Φ0.3mm brass wire is used. The processing utilizes electric discharge like lightning to cut while melting the metal with its heat, known as "non-contact and melting processing." This method results in minimal wear and achieves high precision finishes. At Kuroda Seiki, we use Φ0.2mm brass wire on all six wire processing machines (also capable of Φ0.1mm). We have introduced three wire CAMs and the latest high-speed processing machines, achieving a balance of "short delivery times and high precision."
