"Bending processing" involves placing a workpiece, which is a sheet material, on a V-shaped die and pressing it from above with a punch to bend it at a desired angle. This is a fundamental process in sheet metal processing. At Kuroda Seiki, we perform this process accurately by hand for each individual part using a small press brake called a bender, designed for precision small parts. Since we own many general-purpose models, we can reduce time and costs, and our machines are compact and capable of producing high dimensional accuracy. Additionally, we use dedicated jigs tailored to the products, allowing us to accommodate any shape.
