The "QLD0593 series" is a compact visible laser that uses DFB laser and wavelength conversion elements, with wavelengths of 532, 561, and 594 nm. This laser enables high-speed modulation operation due to its built-in semiconductor laser and offers excellent stability. It achieves low power consumption by using a GaAs-based semiconductor laser. It is provided in a uniquely designed compact package.
