The "NES･KO Series" features a continuous kneader/blender in its lineup. It is suitable for mass production as it does not require frequent cleaning and maintenance of the equipment. Materials fed in through the inlet are repeatedly compressed and kneaded, and are automatically discharged from the outlet. Additionally, kneading and mixing can be performed while heating and cooling using a jacket (double vessel). By equipping the inlet with a material supply device and the outlet with a device that sends the kneaded material to downstream equipment, significant labor-saving effects can be achieved.
