Their thickness is very thin, ranging from 1 μm to several tens of μm, making them materials that are prone to burrs and wrinkles during processing. At Otis, we select and analyze cutting tools to minimize defects such as burrs and wrinkles, even for thin metal foils that are difficult to process, allowing us to perform high-speed and high-precision punching operations. Additionally, we not only provide bubble-free laminates that protect surfaces from rust and corrosion, but we also combine them with different materials such as resin films to enhance added value through punching, bonding processes, and layering and compounding, which are our areas of expertise. We own 3, 5, 8, 25, and 35-ton press machines, with the 5-ton and 8-ton machines primarily in operation. 5-ton press machine QDC specifications: 180 Processing dimensions: Maximum 180×150mm Speed: Maximum 300 shots per minute (spm) 8-ton press machine QDC specifications: 200 Processing dimensions: Maximum 200×200mm Speed: Maximum 170 shots per minute (spm) Both the 5-ton and 8-ton press machines have a proven accuracy of 38 microns at the bottom dead center under certain conditions, with a processing accuracy of ±0.05 to 0.2 mm (0.1 mm PET). The equipment, including press machines, is manufactured in-house, allowing for rapid customization. By combining press machines, laminating machines, and image inspection machines, it is possible to produce products on a single line.
