Outer and inner coated steel pipe × polybutylene pipe for water supply, dissimilar pipe joint SKX
No need for pipe coating removal or threading work! Connection with polybutylene pipes achieved with a single fitting!!
SKX is the industry's first hybrid pipe fitting that does not require disassembly of the joint and can be installed using a short wrench. There is no need for coating removal or threading work, allowing for immediate installation after cutting the pipe. For connecting polybutylene pipes, there is no need for core insertion work, enabling immediate installation after cutting the pipe. Since SKX is a through-type fitting, it allows for easy connection and disconnection from existing pipes. Additionally, the low tightening torque enables installation with short tools like a short wrench, which reduces construction time and allows for work in tight spaces. Disassembly can be done simply by loosening with a tool, allowing for separation from the pipe. In cases of buried water leaks, there is no need to search for threaded sections for threading work or disassembly on buried pipes, allowing for pinpoint repairs at the leaking location. With a rich lineup of different diameter sockets, elbows, tees, male-threaded sockets, and female-threaded sockets, it supports various connections, including hybrid pipe connections. It is ideal for switching between existing and newly installed pipes during renovations in apartments and similar settings.
