Proposal for valves for electric regeneration pure water systems (EDI).
"Highly purified water (HPW)" is generally produced in the final stage of manufacturing by removing particles, bacteria, and pyrogens, and by installing a membrane filtration system to maintain the quality of the purified water. "Purified water (PW)" is produced by combining membrane separation methods and ion exchange methods, while the electric regeneration type pure water device (EDI) combines both of these methods for production. We offer diaphragm valves specifically developed for use in ultra-pure water treatment and supply equipment, as well as process equipment.
