Application example: "Purified Water and Ultra-Purified Water Production: Water for Injection (WFI)"
Proposal for a valve for supplying injection water (WFI).
The production of water for injection (WFI) uses multi-purpose can-type and thermal compression distillers according to the required amount and temperature of distilled water. The "thermal compression" method pressurizes the generated steam using a heat pump, raising the temperature from 100°C to 140°C, and utilizes it for heating the supply water. We offer diaphragm valves specifically developed for use in ultrapure water treatment and supply equipment as well as process equipment.
