This is a plastic pearl bobbin carefully selected from materials for use in clean rooms. Plastic pearl refers to a lightweight plastic board with excellent compressive strength, made by sandwiching a vacuum-formed cylindrical sheet between two sheets. By using this plastic pearl as the material, we achieve a reduction in weight while maintaining strength equivalent to that of conventional paper bobbins. Additionally, it does not emit toxic gases upon disposal, making it environmentally friendly and highly recyclable. This bobbin is well-received by customers who wish to use it in clean rooms. Sizes other than those shown in the photos are also available.
