Automatic color measurement stage capable of accommodating various color measurement devices from different companies.
The tabletop automatic color measurement inspection device [QV-2000], which supports the efficiency of color measurement needs, allows for the installation of various colorimeters such as X-Rite products, Konica Minolta products, and Techkon products through head exchanges with dedicated holders. The measurement plate, using an electrostatic adsorption method, can be exchanged between white and black, and is available in two sizes: A4 and A3W. It is also possible to equip it with a high-performance CCD camera, allowing for image accuracy inspections. With dedicated application software, measurement patterns such as continuous patterns and individual patterns for the measurement target chart can be created. The measurement speed depends on the capabilities of the installed colorimeter. Please note that the main measurement target for this stage is printing paper, but we would be happy to discuss other materials such as CDs, metals, and samples with slight unevenness.
