Visualization and transparency of internal structures, visualization of oil flow, and other models for research and development purposes before prototyping! *Currently, various materials are being compiled and offered for free!
This is an introduction to the transparency processing technology and its application example, the "Transmission Internal Mechanism Visualization Model." At Inack, we can manufacture transparent models by machining PC resin using our in-house transparency processing technology. Due to the thickness limitations of the PC resin sheets, for shapes that exceed these limitations or have undercuts, we perform segmented machining, welding, and assembly. Additionally, we can also create models in-house, so if you provide us with 3D data, we can accommodate shape modifications for the areas you wish to observe. [Application Examples] - Assemble internal mechanism parts and actually fill it with oil to observe lubrication conditions, as well as for educational and display models! - Other applications include observing the movement of mechanism parts and flow analysis. *Please view the PDF from the download section for various materials.
