Precision grade equivalent to JIS Grade 8 (formerly JIS Grade 4)! We have standard stock for racks from M1.0 to M6.0 and for pinions from M1.0 to M3.0. Both the rack and pinion equivalent to S45C are available with a precision grade of JIS N8 (formerly JIS Grade 4), and all products undergo black oxide treatment. Additionally, all angular rack gears come with end face machining, and we also offer high-precision hardened and ground racks (four-sided ground finish)! Stainless Steel Square Rack Gear This is a stainless steel rack gear made of SUS304. It is available in lengths of approximately 0.3 to 1 meter.
