Introducing products that can be unraveled during plating and netted plating to avoid non-plating.
Net plating, precipitation hardening treatment, and analysis (cross-section polishing) are each part of our surface treatment technology. Net plating is a method of plating products by placing them in a fixture called a net basket. By shaking and loosening the products during plating, similar to the process of making handmade paper, this method avoids areas without plating. Additionally, precipitation hardening treatment is performed on beryllium copper material in a non-oxidizing heating furnace, and in the analysis (cross-section polishing), the product is solidified with resin, allowing for the analysis of defects through cross-section polishing. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
