A portable Brinell hardness tester with extremely low individual differences in operation and high measurement accuracy.
The "Telebrineller" is a portable Brinell hardness tester with minimal individual differences in operation and high measurement accuracy. It can be broadly categorized into impact mechanism, test bar, impact position switching mechanism, and anti-slip mechanism. The test bar and the specimen are positioned opposite each other with a steel ball in between, allowing the force of the hammer to be transmitted. By comparing the diameter of the indentation, the Brinell hardness number of the specimen can be easily measured. It is advantageous to select a test bar made of a material with chemical composition and hardness equivalent to or similar to that of the specimen being measured. After the indentation is made, measurements are taken using the built-in microscope. 【Features】 - Easily measure the Brinell hardness number of the specimen by comparing the diameter of the indentation. - The test bar should ideally be made of a material with similar or equivalent composition and hardness to the specimen. - The microscope has a scale with 1/10mm increments, allowing for clear measurements using a reflecting mirror. - Recommended for hardness measurement of materials and welds in railway rails, metal processing industries, valve pipes, nuclear submarines, general shipbuilding, etc. - Has decades of proven performance for regular inspections in oil plants, pipelines, ships, and land machinery. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Aichi Sangyo celebrated its 80th anniversary in September 2017. ----------------------------------- Aichi Sangyo began with the import of welding rods from Belgium. Since then, we have provided technologies in welding, metallurgy, and machine tools necessary for Japan's manufacturing in shipbuilding, energy, construction, vehicles, automotive, and aerospace. In recent years, our product offerings have expanded to include not only welding systems and machining centers but also metal 3D printing systems and automated equipment systems. However, what remains unchanged is Aichi Sangyo's mission to enhance customer value and contribute to Japan's manufacturing. Moving forward, we aim to gather internal and external technologies and wisdom, deepen communication, and continue to provide new value-added products and services that meet our customers' expectations, thereby solving the challenges of Japan's manufacturing.
