Prevent near-miss incidents at factories and construction sites! Vehicle approach warning sensor *Demo in progress.
Hiyari Hunter
After implementation, there have been zero near-miss incidents! A vehicle proximity detection system with few false alarms such as "continuous alarms." *Case studies and product catalog available.
The "Hiyari Hunter" is a sensor device that detects the approach of workers carrying IC tags and alerts heavy machinery operators to potential dangers. It contributes to the safety management and safety measures of companies conducting operations. 【New Features】 ■ People Display (an external unit that shows how many people are nearby) ■ Cabin Canceller (does not trigger alarms in the driver's seat) ■ Introduction of other safety management using tags 【Features】 ■ Long-lasting battery (up to approximately 3 years) with a compact IC tag ■ Ability to identify which forklift detected the presence (reducing the risk of excessive alarms) ■ Capable of detecting not only workers but also the approach of vehicles (optional equipment required) ■ Unit type that can be retrofitted ■ Compatible with large machinery, including reach and counter types ■ Maximum detection range of 9 to 14 meters (adjustable) *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us. Demonstrations are also available, so please let us know if you are interested!

Are you overlooking near-miss reports? Have you ever had a near-miss experience where a forklift almost collided with a person, object, or vehicle? "That was a close call." If such near-miss experiences are overlooked, they could lead to serious accidents. "Is there a way to address near-miss incidents using IT technology?" In tackling this issue, we thought about eliminating the "near-miss" itself by recognizing the presence of people around the forklift using RFID technology.

The power of magnetic fields to detect invisible dangers. There are various types of detection sensors, including those using active tags, ultrasonic sensors, and cameras. Our product uses a semi-active RFID method to detect IC tags through magnetic fields. It detects individuals carrying IC tags within a 360-degree radius around the forklift and alerts the operator (driver) with a warning.

Small IC Tag IC tags are small and do not interfere with work. They can be attached to helmets or worn around the neck with a strap. The battery life is up to 3 years, and battery replacement is easy. They are waterproof, so there is no problem if they get wet.

High scalability By combining the Hiyari Hunter with our other products, we can achieve further safety measures. For example, we can install "trigger detection sensors" and alarms in areas with high foot traffic. The trigger detection sensor, which responds to the magnetic field of the Hiyari Hunter, activates the alarm, notifying the surroundings of the approaching forklift. Unlike infrared active sensors that react to everything, it only responds to the approach of forklifts.

We propose equipment configurations tailored to our customers. If you have any issues you would like to resolve, please consult with us. Let's think together about the best choices. 【Greetings】 In 1993, we encountered IC tags and believed that evolving this IC tag into a Matrix original was essential for our unique development. After much trial and error, we completed the semi-active IC tag (POWERTAG) in 1999, and began operations that year, marking the second founding period of Matrix. Currently, our product "POWERTAG" is used for various purposes, including competitive events, entry and exit security, and safety management, and we will continue to pursue ideas, research, and development to meet all needs without pause.
