Introducing case studies of "warming" applications using jet fan-equipped bedding dryers and large heating units!

We would like to introduce a case study from Saishuu Techno Co., Ltd., which handles various types of skylights and hatches, smoke exhaust operator devices, rooftop ventilators, ventilators, large cooling machines, large heating machines, and seismic isolation device inspections. The "futon drying vehicle" is equipped with a container covered with insulation material on the cargo area, which is heated to a high temperature using a jet heater, raising the internal temperature to 100°C for sterilization and pest control. However, the customer was having trouble finding a repair service. Therefore, upon introduction from a jet fan manufacturer, the customer contacted us, and we promised to bring the existing product as close to the current situation as possible and proceeded with the installation. We successfully cleared the 100°C setting, and when the thermostat was set to 95°C, the jet fan operated, achieving an OFF state at 100°C. The customer was very pleased.
