For outdoor use! High corrosion resistance and high weather resistance polyester powder coating 'Econa 52Q'
A new powder coating has been introduced that achieves high corrosion resistance and high weather resistance in a single coat! By combining the primer and topcoat into one coat, it also reduces running costs!
"Econa 52Q" is a high corrosion-resistant and high weather-resistant powder coating primarily composed of polyester and urethane. It demonstrates excellent effectiveness in protecting and maintaining the appearance of metal products used outdoors. **Features of Econa 52Q:** - **Process Reduction:** By using a one-coat system, it is expected to reduce running costs through process shortening compared to traditional two-coat high corrosion-resistant coatings. - **High Corrosion Resistance:** Achieves a salt spray test of 1500 hours with a delamination width of 3 mm or less (on zinc phosphate treated steel), making it suitable for a wide range of outdoor applications. - **High Weather Resistance:** Achieves a gloss retention rate of 70% and ΔE < 1.0 after 1500 hours of xenon lamp exposure, making it suitable for a wide range of outdoor applications. - **Environmental Compliance:** Does not use VOCs (volatile organic compounds).
