We are introducing a case study of the fixed bar rack from Gooriki Co., Ltd., which manufactures and sells racks and space-saving equipment. At Yamada Corporation's Distribution Center, construction materials such as floor materials and custom-made materials were temporarily stored flat on the warehouse floor. However, due to the time required for first-in, first-out processing and the inability to store everything, they introduced bar racks to improve the situation. By storing products vertically, the "visualization" of waiting shipment items was achieved, making it easier to grasp the shipping status.
