The high-purity zinc foil prevents corrosion through two functions: the ability to insulate from oxygen and moisture in the atmosphere, and the sacrificial anode function that activates in the event of damage. By cleaning the surface of the target facility (Type 3 surface preparation and degreasing) and applying this product, it creates an electrically connected state due to the action of the conductive adhesive, forming a corrosion-resistant coating of high-purity zinc that is 2.5 to 5.0 times thicker than the molten zinc plating HDZ55's eater layer (approximately 40 μm).
