In the ceramics industry! A device that can regenerate clay from waste soil, raw soil, and powder to the desired hardness.
The "WONDER20" from Rintetsu Kogyo is a vacuum-type circulating clay recycling machine that can quickly regenerate scraps (clay waste) and raw clay/powder to a desired hardness using lathe forming. By utilizing the vacuum function, air is removed from the entire clay, resulting in a clay that has uniform hardness both inside and outside, making it easier to shape on the lathe. The shaft and screw are integrated and can be removed, allowing for easy disassembly and cleaning, which was difficult with conventional vacuum clay kneaders. 【Features】 ■ Reduces disposal costs for clay waste and contributes to a cleaner workspace ■ Dried clay can be mixed with water to create a more pliable clay ■ Environmentally friendly as it allows for resource reuse ■ Easy disassembly for cleaning ■ Capable of kneading various raw materials in addition to clay *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
