The involute gear mechanism achieves a backlash-free engagement mechanism that is difficult to realize by combining pin gears and internal trochoidal gears. The design and manufacturing support software for pin gears and trochoidal gears performs high-precision coordinate calculations for internal trochoidal tooth profiles through simple input data, tooth shape modifications, and an automatic tooth shape error calculation program. You can confirm the engagement of the created gears by rotating them on the design screen, and you can visually design the contact state by partially enlarging the engagement area. Additionally, the pressure angle and curvature radius at the engagement points can be displayed in real-time.
