Our company is engaged in lens design and manufacturing using ZEMAX and ODEPAC optical software. We manufacture a wide range of products, including mobile LED flashes, light guide decorations, car headlamps, and amusement gimmicks, regardless of size. We enable mass production of approximately 50,000 to 1.2 million units per month with gate cutting and automatic alignment machines, operating 24 hours a day without human intervention. Of course, we also accommodate prototype production of single units and small lots as needed. Additionally, we offer integrated production from precision aspheric core and mirror-finished components to molding using precision aspheric processing machines.
