Sampling of reaction liquids from reaction tanks, culture tanks, and culture devices has become an important part of process management. By adopting tubing pumps, pinch valves, and PEEK connectors and handy connectors, we have developed a simple and economical sampling device. We have also incorporated silicone tubes and PEEK connectors with centrifuge tube caps to ensure sterilization. Additionally, it accommodates not only 50 ml but also 15 ml centrifuge tubes. We have a variety of bottle caps, such as GL-45 (GL-38), to ensure sufficient sterilization measures. The intervals for sampling can be set between 5 to 250 minutes. We have developed an aseptic centrifuge tube unit for sampling, enhancing sterilization and aseptic compatibility with 50 ml conical tubes. Furthermore, it is economical as it is compatible with affordable Bio-Rad products (under ¥300,000).

By adopting a pulse motor in the tubing pump, we have enabled more accurate and precise liquid sampling. We have enhanced the sterilization (autoclave) compatibility for silicone tubes by using PEEK and Teflon for the connectors. Naturally, the sampling volume is set based on the number of pulses. Additionally, as an option, various valves can be controlled, allowing for the sampling of many types of reaction liquids and accommodating complex sampling systems. A new sampling unit has also been developed, achieving sterile sampling for 15ml and 50ml conical tubes! Since everything is developed in-house, it can be customized, and we can develop a controlled sampling device tailored to your unique system.
