An emulsification device capable of entirely new advanced emulsification control, different from conventional emulsification technology.
≪Three Basic Functions≫ 1. High-pressure centrifugal pump capable of gas mixing: 20% gas mixing possible, pump performance three times (suction, discharge), high pressure, stirring, centrifugal, shear stress. Cavitation occurs due to the synergistic effect with the bubble generation valve. 2. Bubble generation valve: A special valve equipped with foaming based on Bernoulli's theorem using a Venturi tube. Cavitation occurs due to the synergistic effect with the high-pressure centrifugal pump. 3. Sample circulation function: The circulation function of pump → special valve → sample storage tank → pump enables optimization of emulsification and quality control.

basic information
- It is possible to create a micro-particle mixture of liquid and liquid, or liquid and gas. - In addition to conventional stirring with blades, centrifugation, compression, and shear stress, the force of cavitation shock waves enables emulsification processing. - Furthermore, micro-bubbling enhances the emulsification effect even more. - Unlike batch systems, the circulation method allows for high-quality emulsification control (1-30μ). - No stabilizers are needed, and it has the function of preventing phase separation. ◎ Sales channels for industries such as food, drinking water, cosmetics, and petroleum-related sectors. Food processing for dressings and creams. Manufacturing of beverages such as carbonated water, hydrogen water, and juices. Production of cosmetics such as emulsions and creams. To appeal to the manufacturing industry for emulsion fuels (diesel or heavy oil/water/gas) that contribute to energy savings and reduction of carbon dioxide emissions, we aim to develop sales channels through international exhibitions, magazines, and online advertising.
