Rotation simulation, display of design data, meshing data, and contour error data, as well as creation of DXF files and tooth profile coordinate data will be performed. ◾ The rotation of the rotor and the meshing pressure angle and curvature radius will be displayed in real-time. ◾ The meshing part can be partially enlarged to confirm the tooth profile. Interference with the outer rotor bottom R can also be confirmed by enlarging it. ◾ The linear interpolation error of the inner rotor's tooth profile contour will be calculated, and the error between tooth profile coordinates will be displayed. ◾ Display and printing of design data. ◾ Calculation, display, and printing of discharge volume (design data). ◾ Printing of the image of the drawing shape. ◾ Displaying/hiding the outer rotor. ◾ Saving design data in text file format. ◾ Displaying/hiding the normal from the tool center to the inner rotor contact point. ◾ Saving tool center, contour coordinate data, and tooth profile data in text file format. ◾ Creating and saving DXF files for the outer rotor, inner rotor, and assembly drawings. ◾ Saving drawing shot images as BMP files. ◾ Displaying contour coordinate data and pressure angle/curvature radius in a list box. ◾ Similar design of tooth profiles using trochoidal coefficients.
