Stamping Optimized diaphragm stamping (simultaneous punching and embossing) supports the stable mass production of standard-sized welded bellows. Cleaning VAT offers a three-stage cleaning process tailored to individual requirements. Standard cleaning is performed in an ISO 8 environment. Purchased parts are rinsed with ultra-pure water after alkaline cleaning. The parts are then managed in a controlled environment for final assembly and packaging. In the high-purity cleaning line, additional processes such as UV-A and visual inspection are included alongside standard cleaning. In the highest purity cleaning line, cleaning and packaging are performed in a fully automated environment under ISO 5 conditions. Production VAT's automation processes are conducted in clean rooms under ISO 8 conditions. The advanced automation of laser welding machines is ideal for mass production. For the production of a variety of small sizes, manual production using micro-plasma devices or laser devices is most suitable. Quality Control To ensure high airtightness and durability, VAT conducts: - Leak tests on all units using helium mass spectrometry - Manufacturing in ISO 9001 certified factories.
